Practicing in commercial and consumer collections, Don typically works with large financial institutions to small family businesses focusing primarily on complex claims, his matters include high balance contested matters that involve a blend of legal action and collection work.
Don is an active member of the legal community and the creditors’ rights industry. He is also a frequent presenter on a variety of topics, including the collections of transportation claims, B2B receivables, and collection best practices. Don is the managing attorney for the firm’s downtown Cleveland, Ohio office, where he is responsible for spearheading office-specific initiatives that help shape the culture of the firm.

Adam Davis is the founder of Adam Davis Law, LLC, a Cleveland-based, solo practice representing plaintiffs in complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Since opening his practice in 2021, Adam has successfully recovered over $40 million on behalf of his clients. Before starting his own firm, Adam was a partner with Reminger Co., focusing on medical and pharmacy litigation. He has lectured to legal and medical professionals around the US on litigation strategies. He also previously served as an adjunct faculty member at Cleveland Marshall College of Law, coaching the second- and third-year trial advocacy teams.

Claire Wade founded Sobel, Wade & Mapley to help ensure equality and fairness in the workplace for everyone, especially women. The majority of Claire’s work focuses on women who are paid less than their male counterparts, are discriminated against because they are women, and/or are victims of workplace sexual harassment or assault. Claire represents individuals who have experienced discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and before state and federal courts.
Claire graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. While at Southern Methodist University, Claire was the Editor-in-Chief of The International Lawyer. Claire has also authored numerous law review and journal articles.
